Circle IT is buying Microsoft Gold certified organisation, Fabric IT. The £3 million revenue Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services business will become part of the Circle Group. This takes the Group to £25 million in turnover and over 100 employees. Roger Harry, founder and owner of the Cardiff-based business says it will enhance and expand core cloud skills.
Whilst Fabric IT will officially be a part of the Circle Group, it will operate autonomously. Fabric will continue with 'business as usual', supporting their customers as normal.
