OVHcloud has appointed Sam Harrison (pictured) as channel sales manager for Northern Europe.
He brings over a decade of industry experience to OVHcloud, including time at distributor Arrow Electronics, where he helped drive partner growth, managed teams within the networking and security practice in the UK, and played a role in developing vendor relations.
“I’m working at an organisation that can provide a compelling alternative to the global hyperscalers, but which still feels like a scale-up in terms of flexibility and culture,” said Harrison. “The team here has already made great strides in establishing a channel programme that collaborates effectively with its partners, and I’m looking forward to building this further.”
David Devine, partner programme manager for Northern Europe at OVHcloud, added: “Sam’s experience at Arrow brings an invaluable perspective from the partner’s point of view, making sure that our channel community can leverage OVHcloud’s agile cloud products with compelling differentiators, such as clear and transparent pricing and the ability to deploy private cloud within minutes rather than weeks or months.”
His appointment closely follows Emma Dennard’s arrival as VP of Northern Europe.
