Germany's CONET is merging with €38m revenue Swiss IT consulting group emineo in a move they claim will strengthen their positions in the DACH market.
The pair, both SAP Gold partners, said they hope to jointly develop new business areas in the future and make “even better” use of synergies and growth potential.
Anke Höfer, CEO of the CONET group of companies, and Marcel Zimmermann, founding partner of emineo, will form the emineo board of directors in the future.
Aleardo Chiabotti, Group CEO of emineo, said: “When choosing an investor, it was central for us to find a partner that fits us perfectly in terms of market orientation, organisation and culture. CONET meets all of our requirements, and both companies will benefit from the alliance in the future.
“By strengthening our strengths and at the same time expanding our expertise and portfolio, we jointly will become a strong player in the DACH region.”
