Exertis signs up document security vendor ShelterZoom

Exertis Cybersecurity has signed a distribution partnership with ShelterZoom, a document security provider.

ShelterZoom’s Document GPS is designed to provide document security, visibility, and control to improve organisations' data compliance.

“As AI and malware develop at a breathtaking speed, we’re seeing a drastic increase in AI-enabled security threats and sophisticated email malware, demanding new, superior technology that can scale fully and continuously to such fast-evolving attacks,” said ShelterZoom co-founder and CEO Chao Cheng-Shorland.

Document GPS integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Gmail, and features advanced screenshot blocking, watermarking, download and sharing restrictions, and e-signing directly within email attachments, to reduce data pollution and attack surfaces.

Every document is traceable, immutable, and protected by advanced, blockchain-based tokenisation technology, safeguarding against emerging threats from AI and quantum computing, we are told.

Dominic Ryles, sales and alliance director, Exertis Cybersecurity, said: “Document GPS is exactly what organisations across EMEA need right now: a simple yet powerful plug-and-play solution that puts security and control back in the hands of users. It’s a game changer for digital ownership, secure file sharing, and the prevention of data loss and email compromise, particularly in today’s compliance-driven landscape.”
