CONTACT Software has acquired fellow German software services firm neusta mobile solutions.
As a software provider for digital transformation, CONTACT Software strengthens its strategic innovation capabilities and expands its mobile application offerings with the acquisition.
“neusta mobile solutions complement our portfolio, especially given the increasing relevance of mobile processes in PLM and IoT scenarios,” said Maximilian Zachries, COO of CONTACT.
Both companies will remain organisationally independent and legally separate entities.
