
NashTech, a global technology solutions player, has appointed Robert Ziegler as its new chief commercial officer (CCO). Ziegler will spearhead NashTech’s commercial operations, sales, marketing and alliance channels.
Ziegler joins NashTech with over three decades of experience leading and scaling businesses across technology, consulting and digital solutions. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and managing director, head of business development and sales operations - solutions at Robert Half | Protiviti, for the past seven years.
-Daljit Rehal, chief digital and information officer for HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), has been announced as the new president of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
He takes over from Alastair Revell, who will remain active as immediate past president of BCS, which is the professional body for information technology.
Sarah Winmill, who is head of software products at the Ministry of Defence (MoD), has been named as BCS’ deputy president.
-Andrew Beaumont has made the decision to step down from his role as managing director of Exertis Supplies. He will be leaving the business on 30 April.

-Immersive, the “people-centric” cybersecurity firm, has announced the appointment of Mark Schmitz as its new chief executive officer. Founder James Hadley will remain on the company’s board and transition to the role of chief innovation officer, focusing on driving strategic vision and innovation in partnership with Schmitz.
Schmitz brings over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software market. He most recently served as president at Collibra, and interim CEO at Citrix Systems, and has held senior leadership roles at SAP, Ariba, and Accenture. His expertise spans business operations, sales, customer success, digital transformation, and marketing.

-Expel, the managed detection and response (MDR) provider, has named Scott Fuselier as chief revenue officer. Bringing more than 30 years of sales experience and over two decades of revenue leadership at some of the most well-known global cybersecurity companies, Fuselier joins Expel to accelerate business momentum and launch the company into the next stage of revenue growth.
As CRO, Fuselier is focused on scaling Expel’s revenue efforts, while also working with go-to-market (GTM) teams to extend and accelerate sales motions. Fuselier’s experience, said Expel, spans all aspects of revenue functions, and he has a proven, recurrent track record of growing annualised recurring revenue (ARR), increasing the average selling price (ASP) of deals, enabling successful channel programmes, and expanding into new markets and geographies.
Fuselier most recently served as CRO of data security provider Immuta, where his responsibilities ran the gamut of GTM functions, ranging from sales to alliances, revenue operations, enablement, and beyond. Prior to his time at Immuta, Fuselier was the CRO at Menlo Security, and Protectwise, and was senior vice president of worldwide sales and operations at CrowdStrike.
-Claroty, the cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection company, has appointed Amir Preminger as chief technology officer. In his role as CTO, Preminger will continue to lead Claroty’s research group, Team82, while expanding his impact by driving innovation across the company’s products and services, strengthening the link between technology and business growth.
He will also focus on ensuring customer insights drive product development to stay ahead of market needs, and fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and experimentation to accelerate innovation, said the provider.
-Celerity, a provider of hybrid cloud and IT managed services, has appointed Ed Brookes as chief financial officer.
With a proven track record of driving growth and operational improvement in private equity-backed businesses, his recruitment will support Celerity through its next growth phases following the announcement of Craig Aston as CEO in September 2024.
He brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience, having previously held key roles at high-growth businesses such as Native Places and Andrew Page. His expertise, said Celerity, spans implementing robust financial systems, supporting strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and empowering businesses to scale efficiently.
