FPE Capital-backed MSP Intragen has acquired AspisID, a Netherlands-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist.
This is Intragen's second acquisition in a year following the purchase of Telia's IAM business unit, United Identity, in Finland.
The move adds a headquarters in Utrecht, clients in 10 countries, multi-year contracts, and a significant delivery team in Athens.
CEO Alex Fagioli (pictured) said: “The acquisition of AspisID increases the size of the Intragen team to more than 170 people. Demand for the managed services we provide is growing fast. To support this growth, we need to recruit more talent.
“Every year, AspisID recruits the best Graduates from Greek Universities and puts them through an intensive training program. We look forward to working with the AspisID team to expand their Academy.”
