Unified communications vendor Snom says it has seen a “successful year in business” as it expands internationally.
It said business “skyrocketed” in both Spain and Italy. In other European regions, such as France, the UK, and DACH, the manufacturer said it “preserved its market share”, and it also increased its presence in the Middle East.
“The past year has been challenging for many businesses. Europe has experienced somewhat conservative purchasing behaviour due to the ongoing global political crisis and economic uncertainty,” it said. “Even in this climate, Snom has maintained its position in the market, with its partners playing a crucial role in helping to achieve this stability.”
Fabio Albanini, head of international sales at Snom, added: “From the manufacturers of IP phone systems to specialist dealers and distributors worldwide, all of them have contributed to Snom’s ongoing success in the market.
“The introduction of new products, such as the hospitality range and solutions like the M5xx, have contributed to this success. Still, it's extraordinary what our distributors have achieved over the past fiscal year to meet the demands of resellers.”
