
Customer service technology provider Zendesk is boosting its AI powers with the acquisition of HyperArc, an AI-native analytics platform.
The capture is said to mark a “major step forward” in Zendesk's analytics roadmap, positioning the company at the forefront of AI-driven customer intelligence, the firm said.
By integrating HyperArc's AI-native technology, Zendesk aims to create a unified analytics platform that builds on the foundation established by its Explore technology, while introducing next-generation, GenAI-powered insights.
“Customers can look forward to a seamless evolution in reporting, with immediate enhancements available soon, and a clear path to even more powerful analytics in the coming months,” Zendesk promised.
