Telecoms services provider Tollring has formed a strategic alliance with Amity Solutions to boost the development of Generative AI-powered applications and extend its global reach.
Amity will become the majority shareholder, using its AI Lab to enhance Tollring’s voice analytics with advanced AI capabilities.
The alliance also brings new customer engagement tools including an AI-powered chatbot and voicebot platform.
Amity’s presence in Southeast Asia will accelerate Tollring’s international growth.
