Thincats, the alternative lender for SMEs, has provided a funding package to support Core Technology Systems' acquisition of Scotland-based MSP and Microsoft partner CompanyNet.
The deal strengthens Core’s technical capability and provides geographic expansion into Scotland with 25 employees and offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow included in the acquisition.
