Software services specialist One Beyond has acquired Hungary’s JayStack to further expand its international reach.
One Beyond, formerly known as DCSL, will take on JayStack’s 100 engineers, who provide software infrastructure services to a wide range of companies across Europe.
Péter Zentai, formerly JayStack’s CEO, has now become One Beyond’s chief technology officer.
Nick Thompson (pictured), CEO of One Beyond, said: “JayStack is an established software firm with close ties to One Beyond. Their technical expertise is complementary and we will continue to operate as one bigger, better and stronger company.”
One Beyond has headquarters in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK and engineering centres of excellence in London, Manchester, Madrid and Bucharest.
