NTT DATA has launched its Agentic AI Services for Hyperscaler AI Technologies offering, to help customers “easily” adopt, build, manage and scale AI-powered agents, to improve efficiencies and enhance employee and customer experiences.
The services support every stage of an organisation’s agentic AI journey with cloud providers, from advisory and building AI agents to implementation, connectivity and ongoing managed services.
Applicable across all industries, including manufacturing, banking and healthcare, the services connected to hyperscaler data centres are designed to help organisations “maximise” AI investments and “responsibly innovate” while ensuring ongoing optimisation, said NTT.
The services are available in over 20 languages across every major market. NTT will provide agentic solutions covering advisory services, implementation services, ongoing AI management services, and AI connectivity. Functions and use cases will include customer service, billing and scheduling, training and onboarding, logistics and risk management, HR and sales assistants, and workflow automation.
NTT DATA is launching its Agentic AI Services for Hyperscaler AI Technologies with an initial focus on Microsoft platforms. NTT will leverage Microsoft tools such as Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
