The MSP Growth Forum returns to the Hyatt Regency Birmingham on 5 November 2025, bringing together managed service providers for a day of insight, debate, and networking. Hosted by IT Europa, the event will explore how leadership, technology, and culture can combine to create sustainable growth across the channel.

The morning opens with an inspiring keynote, “Change, Scale, Win: The Human Force Behind Tech Growth,” delivered by Beckie Taylor (pictured), recognised as one of the UK’s most influential people in tech. As co-founder and former CEO of Tech Returners, Taylor built, scaled, and successfully exited a business rooted in diversity and inclusion. In Birmingham, she will share her personal journey and offer practical insights on how empathy, inclusivity, and people-centred leadership can unlock innovation, build resilience, and create lasting impact within tech organisations.

Following the keynote, the first panel, “People & Strategy: Building a Resilient and High-Performing MSP Business,” brings together a diverse mix of leaders from across the channel. The line-up includes William Copley from Armstrong Bell, Alex Cotterell from Pax8, Alex Hawes from Jigsaw24, Beckie Taylor from Empower, and Kyle Torres from Sophos. Together they will discuss how MSPs can attract, retain, and develop top talent while adapting to the rapid changes brought by AI-driven automation and evolving workforce expectations. The panel will also examine how culture, leadership, and employee engagement underpin long-term business success.

After lunch, attention shifts to operational excellence with “Processes & Technology: Driving Efficiency and Innovation in Managed Services.” Panellists Neil Bayliss of Hubtel IT, Mark Curtis-Wood of Growth Mentors, Dawn Harrison of Lenovo, and Amrik Singh of Vibrant Networks will explore how automation, AI, and strategic use of technology can drive both innovation and profitability. The discussion will highlight best practices for improving scalability, refining service delivery, and maintaining quality as competition intensifies.

The day concludes with a session from Will Garside, Editor of IT Europa, titled “Beyond FUD: What Really Works for Selling Cybersecurity.” Garside will examine what genuinely drives cybersecurity sales, what pitfalls to avoid, and how MSPs can build lasting customer trust without resorting to fear-based messaging.

With mounting pressures around talent, automation, and differentiation, the Birmingham Growth Forum offers MSPs a rare opportunity to explore actionable strategies for growth in a peer-driven, vendor-neutral environment. Attendance is complimentary for qualifying MSP leaders and includes all sessions, lunch, and the networking drinks reception at the close.

Places are limited by free to qualifying MSPs. To register, visit https://mspgrowthforum.com/regional/birmingham2025
