Boost&Co backed Managed IT Services Group (MITSG) has finalised its fourth acquisition in just over a year following a deal to buy Manchester-based MSP Everything Tech.
As part of the deal, Everything Tech will become the group's moniker and its office the national headquarters.
The acquisition will bring the group's total headcount to 100, which is expected to rise in line with the firm's 'aggressive expansion strategy'.
Chief Financial Officer, Mark Allen, said: “The acquisition of Everything Tech provides another part of the jigsaw that will enable us to bring our vision to reality. The brand is a genuine fit for our portfolio."
Managing Director of Everything Tech, Ruth Hall, said: “MITSG shares our beliefs and values and in the brand we’ve worked hard to build over the past 12 years.
MITSG is headed by former GCI CFO Mark Allen, and COO Phil Smith.
