Odle previously served as founder and CEO of 8020CS, COO of BDO Lixar, and VP of operations at both GFI Software and Youi.TV.

As one of the few female CEOs in enterprise IT, at StorMagic Odle will be responsible for driving the business’ success in helping its customers address the “financial and operational dilemmas” at or near the edge, “amplified by the challenges” resulting from Broadcom's acquisition of VMware, said StorMagic.

-Checkmarx has named Jonathan Rende as its chief product officer (CPO). With his extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of software product development, AI and machine learning, Rende is said to be “uniquely positioned” to offer strong vision and direction as the company continues its journey of innovation in application security.

He previously headed product development teams at Mercury Software, a leader in software testing that was acquired by HP Software for $4.5 billion. Following the acquisition, he grew the testing business from $700m to over $1 billion via organic growth and security acquisitions.

For the past eight years, Rende served as senior vice president and general manager of products at PagerDuty, the enterprise cloud platform for AI operations. There, he led the continued scaling of the product and design organisation to deliver the next generation of PagerDuty’s platform and products, leveraging machine learning and AI organically as well as by acquisition.

-Datatonic, a player in driving “high business impact” with enterprise data and AI solutions, has named Scott Eivers as its new global chief executive officer, for all Datatonic operations in the UK, Europe and North America, spanning all business divisions in consulting, managed services and academy.

Eivers joins Datatonic from services partner Nordcloud, an IBM Company, where he served as the UK&I region director, “responsible for rapidly scaling its business from a challenger to a leader in the market”, we are told. As part of his wider chief growth officer role, he also helped Nordcloud set up its marketing and product functions. Prior to joining Claroty, Fessler served as chief legal and business officer at Tufin, where he led the company’s NYSE IPO in 2019, navigated complex shareholder and securities matters, and negotiated high-impact deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients across finance, tech, retail, aerospace, and government sectors.
