Forterro has ‘significantly’ expanded its UK footprint with the acquisition of Wise Software (OrderWise), its second deal in the region following its buyout of 123insight a year ago.
The deal will add £18m in revenue to Forterro Group and see OrderWise founder David Hallam depart from the business.
