Craig Donovan has been elevated to the role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Pax8 to enhance its cloud marketplace experiences for partners, vendors, and customers.
Prior to this, Donovan (pictured) served as the SVP of Services at Pax8, during which he was credited for creating PSA integrations for its cloud platform and launching the Pax8 Academy.
He will continue to report to CCO Nick Heddy, Pax8 said.
Donovan said: “The formation of the Pax8 Experience Team marks an infinite opportunity for Pax8 to listen and learn with these stakeholders as we build the future of our marketplace. We will use these insights to drive programs and initiatives that foster a more connected ecosystem.”
