Communicate, a provider of cyber security and network infrastructure solutions, has acquired York Data Services, its fourth acquisition and first since partnering with private equity investor Rockpool Investments in June this year.
The latest buy is part of Communicate’s ongoing buy-and-build strategy to expand its service offering and network coverage. York Data Services significantly increases the group’s network coverage across Northern England and London.
