UK-based integrator and MSP ANS Group has completed its purchase of Microsoft Gold Partner Preact following its merger with UKFast early last year.
Based in Maidenhead and founded in 1993, Preact specialises in CRM solutions for small and medium-sized UK businesses.
Preact’s team of over 800 digital transformation employees will join ANS and allow the group to become a “best-resourced” provider in the Microsoft Business Applications community.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
