The XaaS Summit 2020 explored the latest trends in the growth of this exciting new market, the critical role the channel is playing in its development and the new opportunities being created. The recent impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant surge in demand for remote working has recently further accelerated the growth of XaaS and created new challenges for vendor’s and channels like. It also meant the first XaaS Summit took place exclusively online.
The event took place in the form of an interactive session on Wednesday 9th September. Each session focused on a key growth area for MSPs, MSSPs, Systems Integrators and Resellers.
